My Background
We have been teaching Servsafe Classes for 10 years. After attending a class, it was then I realized there was a need to make the experience more pleasant, informative and helpful to all.
Our Experience
I am a member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association and each year I attend a variety of webinars and conferences to better help my students understand the importance of food safety.
About Us
Classes are taught 7 days a week. When we're not working with students, We enjoy running my one of our Businesses and playing with our dogs as breeders. Most of the instructors' favorite weekend activity is enjoying the outdoors.
Services
Intro Consultation
We enjoy studying food service updates and finding ways to better explain the material so that its better understood by students. Sometimes its not that the info is not known by students, it's the terminology that's confusing. We are here to help. For example: a lot of people call the course Safe Serve instead of Servsafe.
Hourly Consultations
We will put in more class time if necessary, so that you can take the test once. The saying goes " measure twice and cut once rather than measure once and cut twice".
Complete Evaluation
We take the time to evaluate each person to determine their needs. No two people learn the same and we are here to help.
