I have been teaching Servsafe Classes for 6 years. After attending a class myself, it was then I realized there was a need to make the experience more pleasant, informative and helpful to all.
I am a member of the Louisiana Restaurant Association and each year I attend a variety of webinars and conferences to better help my students understand the importance of food safety.
Classes are taught 7 days a week. When I'm not working with students, I enjoy running my Huckabuck Cold Cup Business and playing with my bulldog Huck. My favorite weekend activity is enjoying the outdoors.
I enjoy studying food service updates and finding ways to better explain the material so that its better understood by my students. Sometimes its not that the info is not known by students, its the terminology that's confusing. Im here to help. For example: a lot of people call the course Safe Serve instead of Servsafe.
I will put in more class time if necessary so that we can take the test once. The saying goes " measure twice and cut once rather than measure once and cut twice".
We take the time to evaluate each person to determine their needs. No two people learn the same and we are here to help.
